Born and raised in Hampton Roads, Eddie Holt has been providing residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia home mortgage loans since he graduated from Old Dominion University in 1992.  His lending experience began right out of college and in 2002 he founded Cavalier Mortgage Group.  Eddie has been able to guide Cavalier Mortgage Group through the challenges of the financial crisis and has embraced the stringent licensing requirements for all mortgage loan originators.

Eddie is a proud husband and a father to a 13 yr. old son and a 10 yr. old dachshund.
