Hello, my name is Ken Martin.  I am a Virginia Tech graduate with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in English.  I’ve been helping conscientious mortgage shoppers in Virginia since 2002.  I answer questions for all types of loans whether they are for purchase or refinance, primary residence or rental property.   

Before working with mortgages I owned and operated a retail jewelry company with four locations from Richmond to Norfolk to Virginia Beach.  I truly understand my clients and their needs.  A satisfied customer who will remember me going forward is the most important asset I have.
